This was contained in the Mandates of the Special Rapporteur on Torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishments; the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention; the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances; the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health; Special Rapporteur on minority issues and the Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms while countering terrorism.   NEWS    Alleged 2.1bn fraud: Judge resumes hearing in EFCC suit against Abdulrasheed Maina Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court will, on Friday, resume hearing ‘in a suit filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against the Chairman, defunct Pension Reformed Task Team (PRTT), Abdulrasheed Maina, in Abuja. In a statement issued by his media aide, Sam Onwuemedo, on Wednesday, Okorocha refuted the media report that he has joined the PDP.   The Senator representing Imo West Senatorial District in the National Assembly alleged that Governor Hope Uzodinma was behind the fake report of his defection to the PDP, last Monday. Okorocha added that the report sponsored by the Imo state government was to blackmail him out of the party he started in the state.
